Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile Software Development.
  • 2+ years of experience with AI programming languages and framework
  • 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering and LLM technologies, including crafting and optimizing AI prompts, leading best practices, and managing prompt libraries for scalable, high-quality AI outputs

  • Expertise in prompt engineering, including crafting context-rich prompts and optimizing AI outputs.
  • Experience with A/B testing and iterative refinement of AI-generated content.

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our Fraud and Claims Technology team within the Chief Operating Office (COO) Technology Group.
This group delivers innovative technology solutions that support operations, strategic execution, business continuity, regulatory compliance, customer experience, and more-driving modernization and optimization across the enterprise.
In this role, you’ll help build secure, scalable systems that protect our customers from fraud and disputes.
