SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead integration planning, execution, and test events across multi-domain environments.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
  • Drive improvements to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and environment set-up.
  • Apply deep expertise in defect analysis, root cause identification, and solution design.
  • Collaborate across Australian and US teams to ensure integration success

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering and/or equivalent relevant experience in Defence projects.
  • Strong leadership in system/software integration and test.
  • Advanced knowledge of Defence Test & Evaluation.
  • Experience across CI/CD, Linux administration, virtualisation, and containerisation.
  • A track record of solving complex technical problems and driving outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Defence domains such as C4ISREW, Command and Control, or Integrated Air & Missile Defence (highly regarded).
  • An active NV-1 security clearance and ability to handle Export Controlled information
