Ricoh are currently recruiting for a Lead Solution Designer Service & COE based in Watford who will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive solutions that address business needs and drives business growth supporting the Service function of Ricoh. This role requires a deep understanding of technology, business processes, and industry best practices and we are ideally looking for someone who has a proven background in a similar role, plus Service Now experience, as part of an end to end solution..
