What role will you play?
In your role as a Lead Solution Engineer, you will be shaping the architecture and solution design for the platform. You will lead a team of Senior Solution Engineers and drive the creation of scalable, cloud-native and event-driven solutions while fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation. In addition, you will define high-level architecture, guide low-level, design, and enable delivery squads to execute with precision. You will also evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, with a strong focus on building the next generation of the platform.

What you offer

  • Proven expertise in both technical and people leadership, with a strong track record of guiding and mentoring teams effectively
  • Strong hands-on experience in architecture and solution design
  • Familiarity with modern technology stacks, including microservices, containers, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
  • Proven experience designing event-driven architectures, using Kafka or AWS SNS/SQS and cloud-native solutions
  • A background in full-stack development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python or JavaScript, and experience with frameworks like Spring Boot and React
  • Experience in building AI-driven solutions is highly regarded
  • Expertise in evaluating and integrating emerging technologies to solve complex problems
  • Strong understanding of Agile development processes and a DevOps culture
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a creative problem-solving mindset.
