Developing a Cloud-first, multi-tenant digital platform that provides capabilities and services, such as a unified Hallmark Profile, Product Recommendations, Global Payment services, etc. Building, securing, and operating digital consumer products for Hallmark’s LOBs Scaling development capabilities to build for Hallmark’s future As a member of the DCOE group you’ll partner with high functioning, high energy teams of cross-functional disciplines that bring products like Hallmark.com and our Hallmark Gold Crown Omnichannel network to life for our consumers. With a consumer-first focus this group delivers impactful digital solutions that have a direct impact on consumer brand engagement and retention in the digital space, which results in revenue growth and brand relevance.

The Lead Solutions Architect (LSA) provides real solutions against our digital strategies. The LSA works directly with Product and Delivery Managers to architect and orchestrate building highly scalable and performant applications. They bring strong leadership and development skills including facilitating change, driving design excellence, code quality standards and striving for continuous improvement. The LSA will be influential in the overarching technology choices for the program and be a guardian of a world-class customer experience. With a focus on the consumer, help Hallmark understand best practices around advanced hybrid / cloud-based solutions. The LSA will lead in shaping and executing strategies to build mindshare and broad use of continuous integration, deployment, and process automation within Hallmark Digital organization. Lead SAs are forward thinking and looks to improve the future of our digital practice and bringing innovations. LSAs are constantly reviewing new product enhancements of existing platforms and exploring new products which can improve technology through cost savings and optimizing our practice.
In this role, you will:
