Your Impact
As the ITOM Lead Solution Consultant at OpenText, you’ll be at the forefront of driving digital transformation through IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. You’ll define, support, and lead the sales process for ITOM technologies, collaborate across teams, and influence key stakeholders through expert-level technical engagement. Your work will directly shape how customers across the region manage observability, automation, and service management in a dynamic and evolving IT landscape.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 10+ years in technical or consultative selling, with hands-on exposure to observability, AIOps, and ITOM solutions.
  • Familiarity with OpenText ITOM products such as Operations Bridge, NOM, SMAX, Universal CMDB, and others. Strong foundation in IT Operations concepts, ITIL, and IT4IT frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication, solution architecture, and executive-level influencing abilities. Proven ability to design and deliver technical demos, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and conduct client workshops.
  • A consultative approach, business acumen, and an agile, data-informed perspective on driving measurable customer value.
  • Bachelor’s or higher in Computer or Software Engineering preferred.
