Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Executives in the field to communicate OpenText value propositions to customers and prospects.
  • Apply both technical and business skills to architect solutions that align with customer requirements.
  • Present OpenText solutions to senior-level business and technical stakeholders.
  • Qualify opportunities at critical milestones, assessing solution fit, competitive landscape, and customer relationships.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer needs.
  • Lead the technical and solution elements of RFx responses.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, whether through product enhancements, new processes, or creative applications of OpenText technology.
