REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Implementation Consultant, Solutions Architect).
  • Proven track record in end-to-end enterprise software deployments.
  • Deep understanding of industrial product development processes (requirements, testing, ALM/PLM tools, etc.).
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable in a startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree/certifications are a plus).
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As our Founding Solutions Engineer, you’ll create digital frameworks and templates that drive customer adoption, lead end-to-end implementation projects, and influence our product roadmap. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through onboarding and process transformation, while collaborating closely with our founders, engineering teams, and sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop industry-specific digitalization frameworks and reusable solution templates.
  • Manage multiple customer implementation projects from requirements to go-live.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and project manager, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with customer workflows.
  • Collaborate with Sales on pre-sales, scoping, and new use case opportunities.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and drive continuous performance improvements.
  • Travel (10-25%) as needed for client workshops and go-live support.
