GE Healthcare Surgery is committed to designing Intraoperative imaging systems that are clinically relevant and provide an optimal experience for surgeons and interventionalists to visualize anatomy and lesions, guide interventions, and navigate inside the human body. Our mission is to change the standard of care in surgical interventions with real-time visual guidance, giving surgeons the information needed to immediately make critical decisions.
As a key member of our team, you will negotiate with dedicated providers in alignment with specific policies to secure optimal contractual conditions while ensuring internal customer satisfaction. Your role requires an in-depth understanding of key business drivers and how your work integrates with other teams to contribute to the overall success of the area.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Project Managment or related field.
Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight to large suppliers or Business Process Outsourcing. Ensure Business Process Outsourcing compliance with SLAs and act as the primary point of contact on all service level issues and resolution.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy.
  • A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.
  • Impacts projects, processes and procedures in own field. The role operates with some autonomy, but is focused on execution of activities/provision of advice within an enabling discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Activities require professional judgment, but may require more senior levels of guidance.
  • Utilizes technical expertise and judgement to solve problems. Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
  • Domestic and International Travel may be required up to 20% of the time
