Coordinate and optimize Order-to-Cash processes to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient delivery. 2. Accurately capture and manage customer demand, aligning it with internal planning and supply teams. 3. Identify and resolve supply chain challenges, ensuring on-time fulfillment of customer orders. 4. Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring transparent, proactive communication. 5. Lead monthly demand planning cycles based on customer input and market dynamics. 6. Manage customer non-conformities, drive root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement. You Bring Graduation or post-graduation (preferably MBA/PGDBM). 5-10 years of experience in supply chain and/or customer experience roles. Strong business acumen with proven leadership, collaboration, analytical, and communication skills. Demonstrated accountability and initiative in decision-making and process improvement.
