Description
Generates individual growth target summaries, revenue analyses, solution penetrations and go-to-market scorecards to articulate monthly and quarterly management reporting analysis. Creates modern dashboards and reports using data visualization software in order to develop creative design solutions that improve the user reporting experience. Prepares data analysis and materials for executive leadership meetings to support strategic Marketing and Sales decisions. Participates in efforts to standardize reporting across business units and regions. Performs detailed analyses to identify and resolve potential data integrity and reporting issues. Manages the Individual Sales Target update process to validate month-end financial, operational and individual sales reports. Collaborates with Finance and Mercer regional sales operations team to support activities related to annual business and individual sales target setting.
