Join us and help drive the transformation of the automotive world Description du poste - Ensures the deployment of the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the facility level and approves the need of translation when it is necessary - Secures the development of local standards if needed - Coordinates, trains and coaches the plant facility organization for sufficient level of knowledge in Quality standards and tools - Manages the facility management review activities by collects the inputs and communicates the output of the management review meeting - Ensures the compliance of the plant facility systems with the customer specific requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 and all local regulations - Coordinates and ensures the effective implementation and generalization of corrective and preventive actions resulted from audits with the team in the concerned area - Leads the internal and external audits preparation within the production facility Qualifications Education Level: University Degree in Scientific field Experience: Min 2 years in Quality Mangement Language: Fluent English Communication Social & intercultural sensitivity Change management Target & result orientation Motivation & resilience Self-organization Conflict management Teamwork Informations complémentaires People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
