We are looking to hire a Manager in First Contact Team (UK Wealth Delivery). This is a frontline team and needs effective operations delivery for any member queries coming our way. The role will be responsible for management of centralised work where change is constant as transformation and improvement is our routine. Analysis of Workflow. Work on improvement of processes. Manage responsibilities related to Stakeholders. Reporting with accuracy and effectiveness. What is in it for you? Acting as SPOC for calibration (internal and onshore) Daily/ weekly SLA monitoring and discussion Effective / Accurate reporting Facilitating calibration with onshore teams Drive Improvements in the process What you need to have: Knowledge & Skills: Expert in written and spoken communication as this is all about dealing with frontline queries Ability to work meticulously and have a sense of ownership to achieve results Able to communicate clearly and effectively Good analytical, planning and organizational skills Ability to multitask, work with a group and should be a self-starter Ability to handle difficult client situations and derive strategic solutions Experience in new work transition Eligibility: On track or above in previous appraisal cycles Minimum 12 months experience managing operations/ team/people Education: Graduate What makes you stand out? Responsibilities
The role is responsible for the day-to-day operations delivery of a frontline First Contact Team, managing centralized work where change is constant due to ongoing transformation and improvement activities.
