Lead Sports Coach – Leading Provider of Sports Coaching and Wraparound Care Brackley/Banbury and surrounding area Full-Time/Monday to Friday role (some flexibility with hours inc. early/late starts depending on your availability) £26,000 to £28,000 salary plus amazing benefits! Established in 2007, this company has grown the company from humble beginnings, with the primary focus always being on giving the best childcare possible. Growing from being predominantly sports centred at the start of their journey to having evolved over the years into an Ofsted accredited, trusted, well established care provider offering a range of services; including wraparound care in many schools, PE lessons, holiday clubs, the HAF programme, SEN support as well as a football development centre. They are now looking for an experienced Sports Coach to join their ever growing team to deliver PE and school sport lessons and after school sports-based wraparound activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Delivering fun and structured PE lessons to children in primary schools Preparing and delivering activities for primary-aged children in line with the company coaching philosophy Planning PE sessions to a high standard to meet the specific needs of individual and groups of children Delivering sports-based activities and supporting multi-activity wraparound care sessions The ideal candidate will need the following: NGB Level 2 qualification in any sport A valid safeguarding certificate A valid first aid certificate A valid Enhanced DBS check Experience teaching PE in schools An inclusive mindset and approach to their work Company Benefits: FREE childcare services throughout the year Access to training opportunities and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Provided uniform Flexibility in your role and a job to work around you This company also has career progressions from Settings Managers to Head of coaching and up to operations managers, creating a clear career pathway for success. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will deliver structured PE lessons and sports-based activities to primary-aged children. They will also prepare activities in line with the company's coaching philosophy.
