Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overnights, especially at this time.
Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $32.6032- $43.4709 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
Union Position: This position is part of the Local 6 Union which requires complete open availability. We are not able to accommodate schedule restrictions and full-time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established. You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to read and interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and a passion for hard work. You will ensure that all aspects of back-of-house operations run seamlessly, setting up the team for success and supporting our pursuit of Forbes 5-Star recognition.
