This role manages the complex task of communicating technical and clinical transformations to a disenfranchised or overwhelmed workforce, ensuring that the value of the Federal EHR is clearly understood. Detailed Scope of Work & PWS Alignment: Comprehensive Communications Strategy: Develop and maintain an executive-level communications plan. Define key messages, themes, channels, and target audiences for OCI initiatives. Multimedia Product Oversight: Oversee the design and delivery of digital, print, and multimedia products. Ensure all communications reflect the organization’s values, tone, and visual identity. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership: Develop strategies for stakeholder engagement, including town halls, podcasts, and office hours. Translate complex technical topics into accessible language. Knowledge Repository Management: Manage a centralized knowledge repository to support stakeholder communication and clinical requirement definition. Qualifications Advanced Technical Proficiencies: Writing: Mastery of Associated Press (AP) style and narrative storytelling. Tools: Expert in MS Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and SharePoint. Strategy: Deep understanding of change leadership and organizational communication. Education: Bachelor’s Degree. Experience: 10 years total (8 years in senior communications management).
