Description

We have an opportunity for a Lead Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join us at Honeywell Aerospace, in Bucharest, where you will be a pivotal leader in steering the success of our Sourcing initiatives. With your extensive, hands-on experience in Sourcing/Procurement, you will lead end-to-end suppliers’ management, supply base optimization, business continuity, stakeholders support, and cost & margin improvement. You will report directly to our Indirect Sourcing Director, and you’ll work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact on the overall effectiveness of our indirect sourcing operations, ensuring that processes are streamlined, costs are minimized, and quality standards are met. Your contributions will be essential in fostering a culture of operational excellence and driving strategic initiatives across the organization. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.

Responsibilities

The Lead Strategic Sourcing Specialist will lead end-to-end supplier management, supply base optimization, and business continuity initiatives. They will also focus on cost and margin improvement while supporting stakeholders and streamlining indirect sourcing operations.
