Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for workforce transformation? NN is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Strategic Workforce Planning to drive our workforce strategy into the future. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of workforce planning strategies, with initial focus on the impact of AI on the workforce. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess current workforce capabilities, identify future skill requirements, and develop strategies to address potential workforce challenges. This dynamic team works closely with HR and data experts to deliver SWP programs across NN’s business units.
