Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for workforce transformation? NN is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Strategic Workforce Planning to drive our workforce strategy into the future. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of workforce planning strategies, with initial focus on the impact of AI on the workforce. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess current workforce capabilities, identify future skill requirements, and develop strategies to address potential workforce challenges. What you are going to do Lead the development and implementation of workforce planning strategies that align with the organisation’s goals and objectives and business planning process Execute complex programs across the organisation Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify emerging trends and potential risks related to workforce changes Deploy and maintain workforce models to support decision-making and strategic planning Provide guidance and recommendations on workforce development initiatives, including upskilling and reskilling programs What we offer you NN invests in an inclusive, inspiring work environment and in skills and competences for the future. This dynamic team works closely with HR and data experts to deliver SWP programs across NN’s business units.
