Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Strategy & Planning Consultant in Business Planning and Transformation as a part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations. This role will help lead and support the work for the enterprise-wide transformational program designed to move Wells Fargo to an industry leading Customer service model. The Contact Center transformation program is a multi- year initiative spanning all contact centers across the enterprise with a focus on modernizing our technology infrastructure and enabling consistency to drive improvements in customer experience and operational effectiveness. This is a key position in helping to execute the contact center transformation to a new technology solution, while influencing and driving people and process changes tied to the platform migration. In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate on strategic planning initiatives, to support large-scale transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Conduct research and analysis, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform strategic decision-making
  • Assist in the development of detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps for transformation initiatives, coordinating across teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Contribute to stakeholder communication efforts, by preparing presentations, reports, and summaries to highlight key project insights and updates
  • Support cross-functional teams, in problem-solving sessions, providing data-driven insights and innovative recommendations
  • Track and report progress, against defined goals and objectives, identifying potential bottlenecks and recommending solutions
  • Develop expertise, in transformation methodologies and tools, gaining hands-on experience and building a foundation for future leadership roles
