We’re seeking a Lead Structural Modeller to drive coordinated structural delivery for international building projects based in the Philippines as part of a workshare team, remotely assisting our Abu Dhabi office while in collaboration with our Digital Delivery – Structures Group. The role You’ll lead modelling and documentation, ensure structural QA, and keep multidisciplinary teams aligned and on schedule. What you’ll do * Lead structural modelling and Revit documentation; set standards, run model‑health checks, and own structural QA/QC. * Coordinate with Architecture/MEP and external partners to deliver clash‑free models and drawing packages on time. * Guide day‑to‑day delivery and interface with Middle East stakeholders. What you’ll bring * 10 years relevant experience * Expertise in Structural Revit, CAD, and other 3D modelling software; confident with families, workflows, and documentation best practice * Proven Middle East/UAE project experience. * Ability to lead a project, run structural QA/QC processes and manage multidisciplinary coordination. Work arrangement * Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PH (to align with client coordination) * Base location: Makati, Quezon City, or Cebu City depending on your location preference.
