SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Qualifications in Styling and experience working with models in an ecommerce studio and/or on campaign photoshoots
• Inspiring and creative leader with previous experience managing a team of creatives
• Ability to lead, coach and inspire a team to deliver on results that align with our Brand needs and expectations
• Ability to creatively problem-solve in a high-volume workflow studio environment
• Proven experience in using styling techniques and trends to capture and engage an audience
• A keen eye for styling trends and high attention to detail

We have an amazing opportunity to join our Cotton On Womens brand and lead a team of incredibly creative stylists over a 12 month maternity contract. Working across the Ecommerce Studio and on our creative photoshoots, our team of Stylists are responsible for creating on-trend looks for customer inspiration on the website and across our world class campaigns.
In this role, you will inspire, care and grow your team by briefing them on shoot requirements and provide feedback on executions that align with our Cotton On brand DNA.
