Responsibilities
  • Take on a leadership role as the direct manager of our Café Supervisors — starting with three and expanding to six as part of your regular scope — guiding them through regular mentoring, addressing day-to-day challenges, overseeing and approving their schedules, and continuously improving how we lead our teams. You’ll set the tone by being a strong role model
  • Lead the creation and development of our drink menu, from core offerings to seasonal specials, ensuring they are cost-efficient and consistently executed across all locations
  • Design and deliver training programs for our supervisors, enabling them to effectively onboard and upskill their baristas. These trainings should focus on topics that have a direct impact on customer experience
  • Collaborate closely with the roastery and marketing teams on new coffee launches, providing feedback on coffee quality and ensuring bar execution aligns with product storytelling
  • Regularly conduct quality checks and calibrations to evaluate the impact of training programs, and develop new ways to ensure our teams follow standards and consistently deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Report to the Retail Operations Manager and work closely with the Retail Expansion Manager on workflow improvements, guideline updates, etc.
