If you get energized by busy days, new faces, and making every guest feel like the most important person in the room, you will fit right in. The Job As a Lead Supervisor, you lead from the floor. You set the tone for the shift, keep the venue running smoothly, and make sure every guest leaves impressed. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will support the General Manager, guide the team during assigned shifts, help drive walk-in bookings, troubleshoot basic tech issues, support events, and jump in wherever needed to keep things moving. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and engage guests with warmth, confidence, and energy * Lead the shift team, delegate tasks, and provide real time coaching * Open and close the venue according to company standards Guide walk-ins through booking and actively promote the experience * Host and support Gamebox sessions while keeping the mood fun and inclusive * Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready venue at all times * Support birthday parties, school groups, corporate events, and other group bookings * Troubleshoot basic technical issues using tablets and in-venue systems * Handle guest questions or concerns quickly and professionally * Communicate shift updates, guest feedback, and operational issues to the General Manager Experience and Skills * At least 1 year of experience in a supervisor, shift lead, or key holder role * Experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, food and beverage, entertainment, or another guest facing environment * Natural people-person who genuinely enjoys guest interaction * Comfortable leading a small team in a fast paced setting * Organized and dependable, even under pressure * Confident with basic tech, including tablets, POS systems, and booking platforms * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We’re Looking For * You bring energy to every shift and keep it until the doors close * You lead by example and take ownership of the shift * You care about the details because you know guests notice them * You solve problems quickly and do not wait for someone else to fix things * You enjoy working as part of a team and make those around you better * You are comfortable being hands on with guests, cleaning, events, and technology Performance and Employment Terms Employment is subject to successful completion of a performance based 90 day probationary period.
