Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for designated production area regarding production supervising and documentation, method analysis/ improvements, machines layout and equipment acquisition, preparation of equipment justification and appropriation request development, statistical process control systems, providing analytical troubleshooting leadership, hands-on to involve process and production activity is must. Education & Experience 5+ years of relevant working experience in Production Management as Supervisor, Team Lead or equivalent positions at hi-tech manufacturing. 1+ years managerial/leadership experience is required. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Sciences, prefer to the one of the specializations of Optics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering. Skills Solid knowledge of LEAN manufacturing (8 waste, Lean Tool sand Kaizen) and 4M1E skills Data analysis and dashboard building skills (Proficiency in Access, SQL, Power BI, Python) is preferred. Statistical Process Control and Project Management (SPC, CP, CPK, FMEA, DMAIC…) is a plus. Good reporting and presentation skills. Good delegation, strong leadership and People Management skills Ability to train and coaching for supervisor, section leader of shift leader to improving their performance and capabilities. Deep understanding BOM, Process Routing, ECN, PCN, Waiver, Deviation, Quality Alert and OPL. Planning the production schedule Time management skills Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic Performance Management (Yield, Productivity, Quality, cost…) English communication is compulsory, Chinese speaking is a plus Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment Consumable and tooling management.
