Description Job Description: Anthem Lead Supervisor Reports To: Anthem Director Status: Full-time, Hourly, Non-exempt Days: M/W/F 2:30pm-10:00pm, Sa 9:00am-3:00pm, T/Th On Call Benefits: Eligible Compensation: $22.00-23.00/hour The lead supervisor creates and maintains a safe, learning environment for employees and students at Anthem. They work with the Anthem director to complete administrative duties as well as special assignments. Their duties are listed below, but are not limited to: Duties: Acts as the lead mentor and point person for on-shift training and guidance Serves as a member of the Anthem leadership team. Supervises staff members to ensure effective programming and support for students Training mentors and supervisors to be more efficient and to better connect with the students Remains on-call during designated times to assist with emergencies or incidents Regularly fulfills shifts as a Lead Supervisor Ensures that all staff charting responsibilities are completed accurately and punctually Conducting one-on-one trainings with each staff Generating and maintaining emotional safety Building relationships and looking for ways to create teamwork Completing accurate, timely documentation of staff logs, daily incident reports, communication logs and as needed documentation Relaying information about previous shifts to current shifts Following up on assigned tasks and documenting on HQ (online company database) Completing certifications assigned, including but not limited to: first aid, CPR, food handler’s permit, tuberculosis test, restraint training, suicide prevention and infection control, and general / specialty competencies Working with the Anthem director for administrative and special assignments Attending treatment team on a regular basis and all other required meetings Requirements Qualifications: Exceptional relationship skills Prompt and timely Dependable and reliable Ability to hold appropriate boundaries Ability to receive and carry out instruction Genuine care and concern for others Experience in the behavioral health field (requested) Experience working with youth (requested)
Responsibilities
