This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026. The Lead Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for leading the supplier quality assurance functions, which includes managing supplier evaluations, audits, and performance assessments. This role requires strategic thinking combined with technical expertise in quality engineering principles. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality assurance programs that drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
