We are looking for you, Lead, Supply Chain Sustainability, APAC to join our Global Sustainability Team in Singapore.
Neste’s Sustainability is a corporate level function with sustainability professionals based globally in various office locations in Europe, the Americas and APAC. The team is responsible for managing sustainability related strategic initiatives and providing support in implementing sustainability into our business. Together with you and your expertise, we can make an impact today and keep our promises for tomorrow.

• Lead and coordinate sustainability efforts in the APAC region
• Build an effective network internally and externally to drive further improvements in our sustainability activities
• Manage and develop a team of sustainability experts
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help operationalise Neste sustainability, embed them into Neste’s business and drive positive practices throughout our value chain

Keys to success in this role:

• Relevant university studies within Sustainability, Engineering, Science, Supply Chain Management or Environmental & Social Management
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience managing a team of sustainability experts, and excellent team leading skills to succeed in a global, cross-functional organization
• Thorough understanding of the best practices for addressing sustainability risks and opportunities in Neste value chains
• International experience in the field of sustainability, in-depth understanding of key sustainability issues in the APAC region
• Expert working knowledge of key sustainability standards and expectations in relation to biofuels business
• Experience partnering with NGOs, policy makers, suppliers and different industry players
• Demonstrated ability to build working relationships across different parts of the organization as well as with external stakeholders.
