ABOUT THE ROLE

In the Lead Supply Planning Specialist role, you will support the leadership to coordinate the activities of the team across multiple products and projects to maintain coherence in the supply plan. As a Lead Supply Planning Specialist, you will work closely with project team colleagues to manage the introduction of new products at Xtrac, along with the management of the Supply Plan for the current product portfolio. Working closely with our commercial, demand planning and operations teams you will create the supply plan to support complex business requirements and deliver world class products and service. This will require you to use an in-depth knowledge of our business capabilities and your keen problem-solving skills to manage the complex demands of motorsport and high-performance automotive product groups.
