What you’ll do Support planning / risk management to deliver person-centred support. We do not provide personal care. We provide housing related support. You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting Knowledge of substance misuse, mental health, welfare benefits, homelessness Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach Leicester substance misuse service - Supporting individuals with substance misuse issues, housing related support and mental health.
