Lead Support Worker Salary £27,500 - 31,201, depending on experience. Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw), 9-5, Monday to Friday Guildford, Cyrenian House. You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting. Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach Understand the issues of homelessness and the challenges people face. The practical bits Our supported accommodation is in Guildford, and this is a service based role. You will manage own diary. You will work from an office base at our Guildford hostel but your customer group will be living in our 4 dispersed houses close by, preparing to move on. Although you will lone work, you will be part of the team with the hostel colleagues. You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay) A vehicle is not required but can be useful.
