Lead Support Worker Salary £27,500 p.a. You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it) Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach Confidence working within safeguarding frameworks and commitment to delivering high‑quality, person‑cantered support. The practical bits You will be working on a rota between the hours of 8am and 8pm You will usually work one weekend per three-week rota and bank holidays as required. You'll be service based, supporting our customers in their homes across two sites: Edendale House and Greenside House which are 2 minutes’ walk from each other. We do get together regularly for training and team meetings, but you'll be paid for any time outside your usual working pattern.
