What you’ll do Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community Why join us This is more than a job – it’s a place where you feel valued. You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach The practical bits You’ll work from 9:00 to 17:00 Flexible working with the ability to manage your own diary and tailor it to our customer needs! Primarily based near Bath city centre, with potential for some flexibility depending on service needs You’ll need an Enhanced DBS with barred list check (we’ll pay for this) We do not have onsite parking for our city centre location.
