Designed for both dinner and drinks, with a tucked-away private karaoke room for after-hours moments.    ROLE SUMMARY:  The Sushi Chef prepares sushi, rolls, and sashimi with precision, serving both bar guests and the dining room in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have strong knife skills, experience with fish butchery, rice preparation, and clean, consistent plating. This is a guest-facing role requiring professionalism, interaction with guests, and a polished appearance.    RESPONSIBILITIES:  Greet guests as they are seated at the sushi bar, creating a welcoming and engaging experience.  Prepare raw fish and other sushi ingredients with precision, ensuring quality, freshness, and proper handling.  Roll, cut, and plate sushi dishes to standard, accommodating individual guest preferences and special requests.  Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace at all times in accordance with health and safety standards.  Provide friendly, attentive, and hospitable service, interacting with guests to enhance their overall dining experience.    REQUIREMENTS:  * Culinary arts education and training (preferred).  * Cooking and sushi-making experience.  * Must have knife skills.  * Must be 18+ years of age.  * Must be authorized to work in the United States.  * Must have communication, time management, and organizational abilities.  * Valid Food Handlers Certificatation  PERKS:  * Company Dining Discounts  * Medical, Vision and Dental with company contribution offered the first of the month after 60 days of employment.  * Company sponsored Life and AD&D insurance.
