Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team in the analysis, assessment, interpretation and delivery of NT Health setup and configuration activities in TrakCare,
    in order to meet functional specifications.
  2. Plan, coordinate and execute end to end development, unit testing, documenting and release of setup and configuration changes, in accordance
    with environments and change control processes.
  3. Assess and analyse change requests impacting the TrakCare solution, submitted by stakeholders including changes from Health applications
    managed by Department of Corporate and Digital Development (DCDD).
  4. Lead the transition and knowledge transfer of setup and configuration activities and tasks to DCDD, in accordance with transition plans and
    the program implementation approach.
  5. Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors, to effectively liaise and ensure accurate
    interpretation and quality setup and configuration of the NT Health content, in accordance with Functional Group Plans and the Setup and
    Configuration team priorities.
  6. Take ownership of all setup and configuration team activities including management of service providers to ensure work packages are delivered
    on time, to expected quality standards and as per scope.
  7. Ensure status reports are accurate and submitted in accordance with Program requirements.
