Overview The Lead Systems Analyst is a key member of the Staff Technology Solutions sub-department within Digital Transformation & Technology, providing expert support and driving innovation for Procure-to-Pay, Project Accounting, and Fixed Asset Accounting. The role will also lead Oracle Cloud ERP internal control activities ensuring proper role design and maintenance, segregation of duties, and access provisioning and removal. This role will be integral to key ERP infrastructure activities, such as environment refreshes, safeguarding the integrity of our digital assets across all environments. This position leads the development, implementation, and support of enterprise solutions within the Support Center's Oracle Cloud Financials Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to optimize Procure-to-Pay, project accounting, and fixed asset lifecycle management. This includes ensuring accurate Procurement, Invoicing, Payables, capitalization, depreciation, and reporting in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal policies. As a trusted technology partner, you will collaborate with the Procure-to-Pay team and the Capital Asset Reporting team to understand business needs, translate them into effective technology solutions, and contribute to the strategic roadmap for Oracle Cloud ERP. You'll be instrumental in delivering critical business objectives, envisioning future state processes, and providing scalable technology solutions to support the organization's growth. This role directly serves the Procure-to-Pay and Capital Asset Reporting team within Financial Services, providing specialized expertise in Procure-to-Pay, Project Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, and Securities & Controls modules within Oracle Cloud ERP. For all internal control activities, this role serves across all Corporate Accounting Services teams and users. This role will predominantly focus on optimizing the procure-to-pay business capability, with supporting efforts directed towards acquire-to-retire processes and corporate accounting internal controls.
