Overview:
Join our Digital Products and Services team as a Lead, where you’ll play a critical role in designing, securing, and managing information systems that support our organization’s mission. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in complex environments, leads by example, and is passionate about mentoring others.
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM (On call support required, as needed).
Location: Remote
Department: Core Clinical Apps & Oper Supp

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
• Experience: Minimum four years relevant experience, required.
• Pharmacy application support experience strongly preferred.
• Supervisory/Lead experience strongly preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:
• Application System Certification as required, required.
• Radiology Informatics must obtain CIIP within twelve months, required.
• Additional Skills Required: Ability to develop creative solutions to complex issues. Proficient with workflows, application product function, design and build expertise. Demonstrates ability to develop creative solutions to complex issues. Thinks strategically to help define the answers to the changes within the organization. Strong organizational skills. Demonstrates strong professional interpersonal skills in dealing with others. Strong analytical skills for new functions, problem resolution and support of the application product. Proficient in ITS processes to include but not limited to analysis, design, build, and testing and change control. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed
