QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BS degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills a must. Ability to read, write, and speak in a professional manner.
• Possesses strong continuous improvement, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Must possess an appropriate sense of urgency, responsibility, promptness, and professionalism.
• Able to work extended hours or weekends as needed, and respond to urgent needs during off-hours periods. Open to occasional travel.
• Ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to changing business priorities.
• Superior customer service skills.
• 6-10 year’s Experience with AWS, Azure, M365, PowerShell, and configuration as code
• 6-10 year’s performing hardware/OS/software installation and configuration.
• 6-10 year’s performing server administration in a large (500+) server environment.
• 6-10 year’s experience managing a enterprise Citrix environment (Citrix Cloud, PVS, Storefront)
