FLOURISH AUSTRALIA HAS AN EXCITING NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR A LEAD SYSTEMS & NETWORK ENGINEER TO JOIN OUR SUPPORT HUB TEAM AT SYDNEY OLYMPIC PARK!

The position available is:

  • Full-time (76 hours/fortnight)
  • Working Monday to Friday
  • Based in Sydney Olympic Park with flexible working from home arrangements available

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to other IT engineers and ensure minimal disruption during upgrades and maintenance.
  • Conduct patching and vulnerability management of systems.
  • Lead the design, implementation, migration, security and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage and cloud environments (Azure, M365).
  • Develop and maintain business cases, project plans, including scope, timeline, schedule and budget management.
  • Lead, mentor and develop team members, increasing their capability, providing professional development and ensuring outcomes and deadlines are met effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in IT operations, implementing new systems and processes where necessary
