Required Qualifications:

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7/8/9) in production environments
  • Experience with enterprise storage systems, particularly NetApp NAS
  • Familiarity with Microsoft DFS configuration and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Systems Operations Engineer to join the technology team in Singapore.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area
  • Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks
  • Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
  • Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution
  • Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards
  • Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
  • Perform regular system maintenance including patching, upgrades, and performance tuning
  • Automate routine system administration tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible
  • Collaborate with application, network, and security teams to support infrastructure needs
  • Monitor systems using enterprise tools and respond to alerts and incidents
