Description Gulf Coast Christian Academy is looking for a lead Three's teacher. We offer a friendly team-oriented environment. Classes are small and intimate to prevent teacher burnout. Lesson planning is a group effort to lighten the workload. Requirements You will be required to: Keep your classroom clean. Maintain positive relationships and communication with GCCA families. Participate in trainings /continuing education. Prepare all lesson materials ahead of time. Manage your own classroom. We are looking for enthusiastic, positive, and passionate people with a true love of teaching!! You will need: To come with a positive attitude and a love of teaching and growing the minds of children. All candidates must have their DCF40 hrs. CDA preferred but not required. CPR and First Aid required. All teachers must pass a background screening. Punctuality and attendance are a must.

Responsibilities

The Lead Teacher will be responsible for maintaining a clean classroom environment and managing all aspects of their own classroom operations. This includes preparing lesson materials ahead of time and fostering positive relationships and communication with the families of Gulf Coast Christian Academy.
