JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and special education, with the ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curricula, managing classroom dynamics, and providing individualized support to students with diverse needs, including those with autism and developmental disabilities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with children in a classroom setting; preschool experience is preferred.
  • Strong skills in classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum development.
  • Knowledge of speech therapy techniques and behavioral therapy practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with deaf education principles is advantageous but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Experience working with people with disabilities or developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
