REQUIREMENTS * Previous experience working as a lead or assistant teacher in a preschool or early childhood education setting. * Strong knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching practices. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage children, parents, and team members. * Ability to create a structured and nurturing classroom environment. * CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. * High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus.
