We're looking for a Massachusetts EEC Certified educator who can confidently lead a classroom, mentor assistant teachers, and create engaging learning experiences for young children. Whether working with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers, you'll help build a positive classroom culture where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn every day. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of daily classroom instruction and management Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P.
