Responsibilities

Create and impliment age- appropriate lesson plans and activities.
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
Foster social, emotional, cognitive, amd physical development in each child.
Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians
Monitor and assess each child’s progress and provide feedback to parents/ guardians.
Manage classroom behavior and promote positve behavior management techniques.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
