As a Tech Transformation Consultant (m/f/d) at SQUER, you'll be part of exciting software transformation projects – from product discovery and supporting the agile software development process to product ownership. Your focus will be on creating optimal conditions for your development teams so they can reach their full potential. You'll work closely with key stakeholders and bring innovative concepts and solutions directly to our clients.

Your tasks

• You are a strong communicator and ensure effective collaboration in cross-functional teams, between stakeholders and with our customers.
• You provide advice on process changes in the areas of software development, release processes, and organizational development.
• You actively accompany the entire development process and find and implement solutions with the highest added value – with the goal of measurably driving transformation forward.
• You have a deep understanding of our customers' needs, challenges, and desires , and you develop tailor-made solutions that truly inspire.
• You have a good technical understanding, communicate with engineers on an equal footing, and make sound technical decisions .
• Instead of acting as a lone wolf, you like to share your knowledge in a team – as a sparring partner and coach.

Your qualifications

• You have experience in agile software projects and are passionate about supporting software teams in all their disciplines.
• You possess strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder and relationship management .
• Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach are among your greatest strengths.
• You are familiar with Lean and Agile frameworks and have in-depth knowledge of requirements engineering or product discovery.
• You quickly recognize challenges and understand the underlying needs.
• You are already actively using AI-powered tools (e.g., code assistants, LLM-based workflows) to increase your productivity and efficiency - or you would like to start doing so.
• You communicate fluently in German and English .

• We believe in transparent and fair compensation. For this role, an annual gross salary between €75,000 and €95,000 is offered – the exact figure depends on the seniority level, which we will determine together during the process.
