Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Lead Consultant to join our Professional Services team and drive the successful implementation of the HaloITSM platform for our North American customers. In this role, you will work with our amazing customers to capture their business challenges and direct a team of product specialists to configure a game changing solution on our market leading platform to deliver to our customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who recognises the value of getting in early with a rapidly growing company working with a market leading product.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct the overall delivery of the larger and more complex HaloITSM projects, working with mature clients across industries such as Education, Healthcare, Finance, Legal, Government, and MSPs.
  • Design and lead large workshops to elicit customer requirements and test design options to ensure that the solutions being delivered align with customers business needs.
  • Design, configure and customize HaloITSM to automate and optimize more complex, inter related workflows to deliver high levels of efficiency and solve business problems for our customers.
  • Design and deliver training materials and workshops that help customers effectively use the platform.
  • Take the role of Subject Matter Expert and lead ad hoc teams involving Halo Service Solutions and Process Panda team members to ensure smooth solution delivery of customers solutions.
  • Lead Product Specialists and Consultants assisting in delivering solutions
  • Review and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Stay up to date with ITSM and ITIL best practices.
  • Provide advanced configuration and scripting for workflows, automation, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in ITSM and ESM platforms.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities, including proof-of-concept presentations.
