Description

Topgolf is looking for an experienced integration lead to work toward the successful design, delivery, and support of enterprise level integrations with systems like SAP S/4 HANA, Point of Sale, Concur, and Workday, among other enterprise applications. The role will require tight communication & collaboration across cross-functional teams, a high level of technical expertise, and will demand excellent critical thinking and leadership skills.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years proven track record of technical leadership & team management with on-shore and off-shore resources
  • 5+ years experience working with/designing/developing API Gateways, iPaaS platforms (e.g. Mulesoft), REST, SOAP, and Async APIs
  • 5+ years experience with ERP integration implementations; especially SAP S/4 HANA, Concur, Workday
  • 5+ years experience leading the implementations of integration patterns, CI/CD best practices, and architectural key quality attributes
  • 3+ years experience working with cloud providers (e.g. AWS); gaining a deep understanding of the services they offer and how they should be used
  • 3+ years experience working with, and managing, 3rd party vendors on implementations requiring staff augmentation and/or platform licenses

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field required
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Strong desire to learn and work with new technologies
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conceptualize/generalize a business need so that it can be translated into technical function
  • Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, Lucidchart, and Slack

  • A proactive, can-do attitude that is grounded with practicality
  • Passion for golf highly preferred!
Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of enterprise integration roadmaps; aiding in the strategic design, development, and continued maintenance of integrations that support critical business functions
  • Effectively communicate with business stakeholders and leadership to understand integration needs, and collaborate with them to ensure their needs are met efficiently and in a way that adheres to the strategic goals
  • Ensure the development team follows “best practices” and that their documentation is kept up to date by incorporating Agile ceremonies such as sprints, code reviews, etc.
  • Act as a mentor to the development team, and create a culture that fosters engagement, innovation, personal growth, and team cohesion
  • Design and create solutions that align to enterprise architecture frameworks and standards and overall business and technology strategy
  • Provide oversight to vendors and service providers on their software, support and respective product roadmaps
