As our Lead Technical Support Service, you will: Lead and support a team of service engineers, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Oversee team performance, recruitment, and development — helping each team member grow and succeed. Ensure high-quality service delivery on client sites and in our facilities, aligned with Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) standards. Manage timesheets, expenses, and approvals to keep operations running smoothly. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure maximum value from our services. Plan and coordinate maintenance shutdowns, breakdown responses, and improvement projects. Investigate equipment issues and support technical problem-solving and reporting. We’re looking for someone who has: Minimum Certificate III in a relevant trade. Proven experience in a similar leadership role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience in customer relationship management. Experience in resources and bulk materials handling. A commitment to safety and familiarity with mining industry standards.
