The Common Components unit provides shared software engineering services to global Product Management and development teams in the OpenText™ Products group. The Product Information team is an integral part of a software development team that strives for perfection and is committed to success. Technical writers contribute to products by creating sophisticated technical content across Content Management, Business Networks, SMBC, Cybersecurity, Digital Experience, Analytics, ADM and ITOM suites.
