1 Resource Group is seeking an experienced Lead Technician to join our team. The Lead Technician will oversee daily operational tasks and provide technical leadership to a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex equipment issues, coordinating maintenance schedules, training and mentoring junior technicians, and liaising with management to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing technical teams in a fast-paced environment. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technician in a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role. Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills across various equipment types. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Ability to train and mentor junior technicians effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Ability to plan and coordinate maintenance schedules and service calls. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred. Strong commitment to safety standards and compliance. Willing to travel Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance offered
